The working principle of the large cyclone separator is that the cyclone movement will force the larger powder particles to spin downward and finally fall into the recycling powder bucket. Change the color and unload the recycling powder bucket, empty it and clean it up. To unload the recycling powder bucket, just loosen the clamping device cyclone separator; To install the recycling powder bucket, first push the powder bucket under the cyclone separator. When it is completely in place, check for tightening the clamping device and opening the air inlet and outlet chambers door, use compressed air to clean the powder adhering to the inner tube of the cyclone and the surface of the deflector. Use a clean cloth to clean the inner and outer surfaces. Note: It is better to open the exhaust fan during the cleaning process.
